Civil suite filed by an illegal occupier of our shop (not tenant)

We have a given Eviction notice for non payment of our rent. and illegal occupier since last 5 years. Not giving rent as well. We have given answer to the law suit he file against us. We need a help from a lawyer who can assist us in the civil case proceedings.how much is a fees and how the fees shall be paid in instalments?

Dear,Yes any advocate deals in such matter can help you in the matter ,you please approach him with the documents he will guide you, fees depends on the advocate but you can opt free legal services too

hello,
you can file a civil suit as to their eviction in the court. the suit may take time and you can pay stage per stage as demanded by the advocate.
the fee will depend on your case, which will not be very high.
kindly approach an advocate as soon as possible so as to avoid any negative consequences as 5 year is a long period.
