Child of a terminated employee has a right to continue his education

sir i want to know whether a child of a terminated employee has a right to continue his education in the school run by the company management, specially when the employee was working in the companys sister concern.

yes, a child can not be deprived from taking education in any way and due to what so ever reason as this is a right of not that parent but of that child and who has taken admission in previous condition when her parent was working with that company and afterwards has left or terminated it does not disqualify that child .

At the primary level its depends on company's regulation and policy to continue such education of his child after termination. If the school or company allow the admission of the related sister concern than there is no problem to continue. Between the mid session if school give you such notice than you have to request for such issue to management of current employer. It is based on your appointment agreement. You can also request to school for completing the current session your child. Later on if problems remain than ask for legal options.

Yes the child would definately have rught to cintunue his education form the school run bh management if the company sister concern. If the company school threatens to leave school the child would have option to go to the high court under article 226 of coi for continuing his education.
