Greetings for the day, In this situation wherein your date of birth is wrongly mentioned in your certificate and now you are facing issues regarding same, you must approach the court and get it rectified.

Sir, you have to obtain a court order for which you need to file a petition in the district court of your jurisdiction along with the affidavit , birth certificate and newspaper advertisement. The court will issue an order directing the concerned education board to change the date of birth in your marksheet.
