Hello, my case is pending in metropolitan court from last 8 years, government body who has filed case against me are hardly present on dates if they are present opposition government advocate is not present its been 8 years the case is pending at the same stage, all the pointers are in my favour but not getting room to express, how can i appeal to court for quick r
Hello you can go for quashing petition you have to file criminal writ petition in high court for direct quash your entire case matter or you can file a criminal application gor expeditious hearing in high court

Dear Sir/Madam, If you appeared in that through your lawyer & case pending since last 8 years without any steps takeb by Govt body then you may file application for dismiss-in-default alongwith affidavit. If govt pleader not present before court then court may disposed your case with pronouncement of DID order.

first of all you have to inform the Hon'ble Court about the day book since 8 years of the case. then the court will either consider the same and dispose the matter or you have to apply to the court for further stages.
