Car financed by my wife by misusing my address before marriage

I got married on April 25 & My wife financed car before 1 month & her brother is co-applicant who is paying bank emi. They are ghaziabad residence & i live in delhi & they manipulate her adhaar card & does fraud by copying my delhi address on her UP adhaar to get delhi RTo vehicle & to save RTO Tax as UP have high tax as compare to Delhi. Now i made complaint to RTO & They have black list the car which i have. please suggest me the next legal process for this, Should i have to go to police station for FIR OR to hire delhi lawyer as dowry case is already filled on me by my wife in ghaziabad court, please suggest me..

If your wife has already levied upon you a dowry case then you must also file and involve her in case and let her be on the accused side. You can always file a written complaint with the police station of your area about the fraud committed upon you and get a FIR registered under 420. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

you can firstly file the complaint under section 471, 467,468 read with 120 B of ipc to the concerned SHO for the forgery of the document, thereafter if they dont register the complaint then you can file 156(3) to the magistrate for registration of fir against them.
