Can we divide a RTC property.

sir i wanted to know if in RTC of property if there is name of the TEMPLE GOD then can that property can be divided without the concern of the temple MANAGEMENT.... religion is hindu

NO without the consent of the Trustee's of the temple the RTC cannot be divided without consent and if you have any rights file as suit in court of law and claim your right and which will be more appropriate in this matter.

It is not possible. The property is probably given as 'inam' grant for profession or service or endowment. The property remains in the name of god but the trust or management would take care of it. It cannot be partitioned.

As per law a temple deity is a 'juristic person' and eligible to hold property. The deity's right is exercised generally through the Trustees of the temple or in some cases where another person or a body of persons is the legally tenable 'guardian' of the deity.
Therefore the property of said to held by the temple God in the Records of RTC, then it CANNOT be divided without its consent expressed through a legal 'guardian'
