Can i marry legally if my age is different in real than on docs.

We are in relationship for 5 years now we decided to get marry.The problem is that on my documents I'm 23 years old but actually I'm h 25 and she is 28 .Can court will allow us to get marry ?will our marriage is valid? Will anyone file case aur complain against us?please help

Sure you both can marry now. And ofcourse your marriage is valid. Every religion and every marriage act the age 18 for girl and 21 for boys. And quickly you both make registered marriage before anyone file a complaint against you.

Yes this marriege is legally valid, no one can chalange it. Even after marry both of you also can not chalange on this ground. Girl age is greater then boy is no ground to chalange the marrege. Sachin Tendulker wife is 6 years older then Sachin.

Hi,
In India a legal age for having marriage for a girl is 18 years and for a boy is 21 years. Both of you have attained the age of majority and very able to decide about your life. No one can restrain you to have marriage with each other without your consent. In such a case both of you can do marriage before the Registrar.
