Can i file case against someone who falsely alleging me

Myself working in Indian Railways.for last 4 to 5 months some under staff harassing me mentally.firstly they lodged complaints to authority against me by false statement.in the mean one of them got beaten by some stranger.now they again lodged complaint directly on my name that i have done that.can I file a case on them??
