Can development authority demolish the building if given wrong dash no

We purchased land in 2008.We are using and residing on that land..Land surveyor did mistake and given us wrong dag number while we purchased and hence in our resister deed dag number is also mentioned wrong .A portion of same land we sold to another person in 2011 and on remaining land we constructed building.Separation of patta also completed and we got new dag number and patta number .now after 10 years one other person from neighbour issuing notice by mentioning our dag number is wrong.So we verified in circle office they too told same.now complainer is trying to demolish my building by complaining to development authority people and trying to grab my land. So we are getting daily notice regarding my land and building construction.That person is employee of development authority.We did not did wrong.Due to wrong surveyed we are suffering.Building permission also issued in that dag number.So plz help us with proper guidelines.Against party is so strong as his wife is advocate.

1st for wrong dag n pp no u must get a rectification done. After that make sure it appears in the jamabandi. Thereafter now that u mentioned u recieving notices..... if the notice z from the civil court then u must hire a lawyer to defend n pray to the court to deClare your title. If its from other authority its alright as theu donot have any jurisdiction dispossses u without interferance of the court. Get back to me for futher details.

At the time of making sale deed whether you get permission from concern authority ?
At the time of separation of patta whether mandal go for fild survey? Now you apply for locate you residing place to circles office .... You can apply trace mape of your land. If they file civil suit you have strong defence possision of land is you.

Land being an immovable property cannot move from one place to another if its Dags were issued by mistake. You have the possessory title over your land. File a case for declaration, injunction for status quo and correction of records. You are a layman and it is not your job to verify the correctness of mandals and their surveys.
