Appeal can be filed by the complainant ss a proper appeal and will be heard as an appeal of an accused is heard. Therefore appeal can br filed by the complainant against acquittal and need not take any leave to appeal.

Dear Sir,

Yes you can go to the high court or court of session. However, it will need to be seen whether you can go in appeal or in revision depending on the facts of the case and nature of the order.

You have not mentioned in query that the accused has acquitted by magistrate court or session. If he has acquitted by magistrate then appeal will be filed in session court and or by session it file in High court within 60 days .

Sir, this is with reference to the legal query sought. Yes, you have a legal remedy available to approach the Court of Sessions if the X is acquitted by the order of the Metropolitan Magistrate and if X is acquitted by Session Court then appeal shall lie before High Court subject to the limitation period.
