Can anticipatory bail be applied in the same court if rejected once

If one anticipatory bail application is pending, can we apply for second time in the same court for same matter?

While the earlier petition is being pending you cannot file the second petition, the second petition will be dismissed for suppression of earlier petition. It may cause the first petition when it will post for furthere hearing.

If AB application is pending you can't apply for second time. Once it is dismissal, you can apply after certain period of time. Otherwise you can approach appellate court. If you give me details of the offence and section I can guide you.

Yes, there is no res judicata in Criminal matters. You can apply afresh. Provided you must disclose that the previous application for seeking Anticipatory bail was dismissed. You must also show the cause of action for moving another application for AB.
