Can a person handover his business to other through power of attorney. I have business of explosive. Can I transfer it through power of attorney ?
Power of attorney is used to delegate your powers, Moreover you authorise a particular person to perform certain duties on your behalf or he or she has right to work on your behalf,if you want to transfer your business on power of attorney,it basically belongs you but attorney can take decisions on your behalf only.

You cannot transfer the whole business through power of attorney. Attorney only give specific power of delegation to the other person. Therefore you cannot transfer the entire business through power of attorney.
