Can a person accused of sec 147, 148, apply for Civil Servant exam

Does a person with FIR filed under section 147,148,379,506,447,427 eligible to become civil servant (IAS / IPS / IES / IFS)? Please reply me faster. My career is in the reply.. Please.
Since a case was charged , and if the posting requires police verification you cant provide false affidavit . Could you apply for Police Clearance certificate from District Police Chief by providing valid documents . But there is high probability that it too could take a long time , since the case hasnot been heard once.

If a criminal case is pending against you it will be a black for any of the government jobs.So try to get rid of the same and if there is any FIR is pending approach the High Court to quash the FIR for pleading innocence.
