Can a judgment by SC in 2010 be appealed again
24-Feb-2023 (In Civil Law)
Sir decision by SC went against us in 2010. as we didn't have money and good lawyer so please I want to know
Sir,
There is no provision of appeal against the Decree of the Apex Court i.e. Supreme Court. But definitely in some cases there are other ways like review but that again depends on the nature of the suit/proceeding.

it will depend upon fact and nature of case . you come with prior appoint along with your brief...
Do you mean Supreme Court, if yes then my answer is no, the judgement of supreme court is non-appellable , the only recourse is review of judgement, the review can be succeeded only when some new cause of action has arose, pls ask the NLSA for legal aid.
