There is one legal option. No need to worry. As per rule 47 of the Standards of Professional conduct and etiquette rules you can engage in a business by being a sleeping partner and if in the opinion of your bank if the business is a dignified business like legal profession. He can on paper be a sleeping partner in a partnership firm and do the business if its a dignified business and if he requires to do it for financial support to his family. Visit the provision Rule 47 you will get better insight. And also check terms and condition of your bank and you tube

The earning you may be getting by uploading your video is just the outcome of how many clicks you get on it. It requires no positive action on your part to earn money by way of side business. Also you can check your terms & conditions of employment or bank service rules, if any.
