I have taken Life membership in Olympia gym way back in 2010. But now the owner insisting to pay monthly charges in the name of maintenance chgs. what to do ? please advice

for this I need to see the life membership policy terms and if something like this is not present there then they may not claim for any kind of charges. but nothing can be said without going through the gym policy. So better if I could see it.
