Q: I seek your help as a consumer who has been defrauded

Dear sir, my name is Mohan, in July 2017 I bought skullcandy headphone worth 850 through Amazon. Last few months it was not working properly. Hence I had sent it to noida where the service center located and I received a mail from the device center, stating that the product which I bought that, it is counterfeit. I shocked to heard this. The service centre suggested to ask your seller. Hence I am seeking your reply to move further sir.

Immediately you file a case under consumer protection Act against both parties namely the service center and seller. You can file the case where the cause of action arises ..morever you need to concern your nearest advocate regarding filing the consumer case.

Q: Bought a disputed land which has a case pending in court what to do

we hv purchased a litigatition land, in 2008 only they hv put litigation without knowing we bought the property in 2013 , we brought it from our owner of present rented house,in a way he has cheated us without telling about litigation how to come out of this at the earliest.

As per section 52 of Transfer of property Act the owner can not sell,alienation, mortgage or change or create any transfer over the land which is under dispute in the competed court of law however it protects the bona fide purchaser. Soon you consult the your nearest counsel.

Q: How to deal with illegal road construction by neighbor in our property

when we went to out of stations one of neighbour illegally occupied our land and injected road there even though he dont have any sort of registrations when we ask any thing he is using unparlimentary language can we raise the criminal case on this please suggest

Soon you approach your local police station and file a criminal case regarding their illegal act and also you may approach the civil competent court for mandatory injuction,anyhow it is better to say that you meet your lawyer immediately with your quarry.

Q: How to file for cheating

The boy cheated a girl by promising to get marry n now he is marrying another girl... The first girl is frustrated n dont know how to get her rights back n marry that boy...? The boy is acting like a playboy n telling due to my parents n i am marrying that girl... pls help the first girl to get her rights n marry that boy only... she loved that boy a lot... the boy is played in her life... she was very worried about his future...

My opinion is that without wasting the time you approach to your local police station and file a criminal case against that boy under cheating and such other offences it is on depend your complaint. If you making any delay to file a criminal case against that boy slowly you will loss your right to give complaint against that boy.

Q: How to sue for deficiency of services

I have purchased a flat from a builder in 2015 and shifted in it last year Feb. Since last year rainy season, there is water seepage from the roof of my drawing room when ever started raining. Despite repeated request builder has not done any repair work. I am in a stage of mental agony. Please advise me what step I should do. Recently the building association have been formed, but they could hardly do any thing. There are deficiencies of services in other areas also.

Without making any delay as soon as possible you send a legal notice through an Advocate to that builder regarding his default to provide flat with good condition and give him 15 days time to make such repair of that flat even after issuing the legal notice if that builder not response you then you may approach the proper competent court of law for justice..
