Blocking advertisments of disputed property in online websites
05-Oct-2023 (In Civil Law)
My property ,which is under illegal possession by a builder has now been advertised by them as available for sale in newspapers .To counter this my lawyer has issued public notice in several newspapers, with details about the dispute and the legal case. However the builder has put up advertisment on several online property websites such as housing.com as well.
Kindly suggest the best course of action to prevent such advertisments and sale of the property online. Can we issue public notice to these property websites also to remove such fraudulent listings?
It’s not about civil laws any law is not independent it’s joint with other laws so here there are several laws which are applicable giving in news paper is not only the solution to stop him there are other remedies which are applicable and it might lead to arrest warrant also for the person who posses illlegal
no you cannot issue public notice to property portals instead of that you can actually file a civil suit in civil court claiming the title ownership and also you can get injunction order submitted in the sub registrar office requesting him not to register on anybody else's name for more details please call me and my number
