Asked aadhaar card from friend to apply for a loan

We had asked aadhaar card from a good friend to apply for loan and it got approved and we took loan we have cleared two installments of the loan and still there is time to pay till June but in April his family is filing a cheating and identity theft case in is what needs to be done
