Are pet dogs allowed in appartments/societies

I am a resident at a high-rise apartment complex (1000 flats in all). There are dog owners/residents who cause nuisance/inconvenience to neighbors. Some of these dogs are let lose at peak hours. They go around excreting at their will. Some of these dogs even bark/attack on other residents. I know there are by-laws favouring pet owners. Can nothing be done about these situations. Rules and regulations are always framed keeping in mind to protect common-man and/or majority at large. Please advice if there is a way of getting rid of pets in apartment complex Else please advice if pets can be discouraged by imposing extra maintenance charges on owners (just the way pets travelling flight have to pay additional fare)

Simple, instead of residing there go for alternative accomodation. Later you can teach a lesson to the management and pet owners. It seems you are in tension. Please be cool and fight peacefully. You will definately succeed.

Sir, please go through the rules and regulation s with regard to ur society/ apartment, and u can also bring up the issue in society metting, as there is a rule that we can keep any type of pet, but inside our house, and also such pets cannot cause problems to others, if caused the owner of the pets , will have the liability and should face punishment/ fine for such negligence.
