Application of obc certificate can be obtain?

My father belong to hyderabad and i had my obc caste certificate here. Now that im married and my husband belong to srikakulam in ap, i changed all my aadhaar and voter id with his sur name and address too.my all id proofs and aadhaar belong to srikakulam. From where should apply my obc certificate and what particulars are required to apply??
you can apply from your native place only as the original birth certificate remains with your native place and as due to online of all caste certificate we hope possibility to apply from martial home so please do it

Now that you are married, you should apply for OBC Certificate from Srikakulam based on the previous OBC certificate issued by your Hyderabad Revenue officer, provided your husband's caste is also categorized as OBC.
