Appeal in high court against conviction u/s 3 and 4 in dowry matter

I have been convicted in falsely implicated charges under section 3 and 4 of the dowry prohibition act as well as under section 498a of ipc, appeal against the said order is also came to be confirmed, Revision petition in high court also dismissed ,SLP, Review petition, curative petition also came to be dismissed in supreme court, my sentence is also expired. On the basis of conviction Dismissed me from the services of posts in the postal department ,now I want to challenge the said dismissal order in the CAT, please let me know the Opportunities to File O. You should inform what were the charges against you in your department. How the enquiry was conducted and what were the findings. Since the scope of departmental enquiry and trial at Court are independent you have a chance to file OA in CAT.

Sir, there are certain rules that prohibits convicts from holding a government positions. Kindly get in touch with nearest advocate and share the full details on CAT representations. any court judgment is a conclusive proof on the legal liability irrespective of you really committed or not
