I am Hindu married to a Hindu wife and we both consent for a divorce..we belong to Orissa Bhubaneswar. Do we need to file divorce in Orissa or Karnataka??

I have been convicted in falsely implicated charges under section 3 and 4 of the dowry prohibition act as well as under section 498a of ipc, appeal against the said order is also came to be confirmed, Revision petition in high court also dismissed ,SLP, Review petition, curative petition also came to be dismissed in supreme court, my sentence is also expired. On the basis of conviction Dismissed me from the services of posts in the postal department ,now I want to challenge the said dismissal order in the CAT, please let me know the Opportunities to File O. i met a girl on adult site and she agreed to meet me ...as a confirmation she asked me to send her 50 rs ..i added her to my bank account and did a neft trasnfer of 50rs...next morning i see that my account was hacked and the entire amount was sent to that girls account...can i raise a complaint to police...will i be in problm as i was trying to book a call girl ??? pleas ehlp

First you may log a call with your bank or register a complaint at Bank base branch for money transfer without your authorizationSecondly, you can launch a criminal complaint to local police station on criminal breach of trust and theft for what happened. the background of other party doesn't matter on such complaints

Sir, I girl on Instagram has falsely accused me of threatening to rape her and perpetrate an acid attack against her.I had commented on an Instagram post when she replied in abusive language.She messaged me on Instagram, sending me screenshots of her complaining to the Delhi police. While in reality I live in Karnataka and have never known the girl. Please help me. I'm really scared that I might be arrested for a crime I did not commit please help me sir.

Nothing to worry if you hadn't used any abusive language or shown any intend to abuse or threaten her. Even if Delhi police can take the complaint unless some thick substance is found out as system logs, nothing is going to happen.
