You should engage a lawyer and complaint to the concerned police station for lodging an FIR for criminal intimidation.

Hi,

In this regard, you may proceed to file a complaint with the police and also file a complaint with the local Sub-Divisional Magistrate in your jurisdiction. The Sub-Divisional Magistrate will issue notice to the opposite party and proceed to have them called to the Court where your differences can be sorted out. This is a matter under the nature of a Kalandra Notice which should be taken up by the SDM in due course.

Else, if your neighbour is behaving beyond capacity, your route would be to have a complaint instituted with the police for 'Punishment for criminal intimidation'. However, this may take time as the police are not usually inclined to take up the matter at first notice. It's best you speak with a lawyer who can help you proceed having the matter brought before the SDM Court.
