After 27 yrs of bad marriage I want seperation n maintenance .

I am 52 yrs old.I have been married for 27 yrs now. My husband has taken away all my earnings as he cheated on me both physically, monetarily n emotionally.for past 3 months he has run away with my joint a/c money.He has a property in his name. I have son 25 yrs n daughter 21 yrs. How do I seek maintenance n my money back.I am Hindu.

as per your query did you filed any complaint or any FIR against your husband for this you have to give the income proof about the money loss you can apply for maintenance anytime you can opt for one time settlement also if you are on to separation for further details do contact us.

Dear Client, Do you know the place as to where your husband is hiding? If his location is not traceable then it is highly advised to lodge a missing person complaint and if he is misusing the joint account then you must immediately block the way by which he can withdraw the money. Regards

In that case am sorry to hear that but in case you need maintenance firstly you will have to file a suit for divorce or if your husband is ready for a mutual divorce it would be anytime better. you should get a divorce suit filed first later on you can file a maintenance suit as well. thanks
