Please be specific and clear while raising query. I failed to understand your query. Whose land registered and who is calming ? How can a person(in the present case your father) registered a land twice. Therefore, contact a good lawyer with all relevant facts/papers.

Dear sir,
Any property earned by an individual whether on account of own exertion or out of individual fund without investment of the HUF funds, earning of learning, service, personal qualifications, etc. is separate and individual property of a Hindu.
If registered sale deed has been executed on your name and it is not belongs to HUF property then you are absolute owner of the land and nobody claim on it as they have no right for the same.
