A girl pushed and slapped me out of rage while deboarding the metro at Noida Sector 15. I reported in the metro officials and saw the footage. She is seen slapping along with another girl with her. DMRC has recorded their details and asked to proceed at police station if need legal route. Should I proceed ?

If you the cctv footage of girl slapping you in public then immediately lodge a police under criminal intimidation and criminal defamation under section 351 and 356 of Bharati ya Nyaya Samhita(BNS).For slapping in public place which will be under section 115 of Bharati ya Nyaya Samhita (BNS).
