2 brothers one drunkard want to divide house in grand fathers name

i have 2 brothers. one is a hard core drunkyard person. daily he used to drink and abuse my mother. we all are staying in one house. i want to divide the home consisting of 5 rooms. the land is my grand father's name.plz help
you may file a partition suit in your mothers name.If your grand father have 4 legal heirs i,e 3 brothers and your mother,the property will be divided in 4 parts.To restrain your drunken brother file a complain with Protection officer in domestic violence act in your mothers name

If you want to make partition of the land and house then file suit for partition . Where you are Hindu if yes then your mother has equal share in the ancestral property if you are belong s to other religion the share division is separate
