File an application for early hearing . Normally custody is granted to mother if she can afford child's security and future. Other wise also for a daughter child custody will be granted. What's the age of child and what's child's preference between both parents? The reply will help me to understand your case for further suggestion.

The age of female child is important to answer this query. Usually courts are inclines to grant custody of female child below 12 years to mother. Another aspect which may be important is wish of child, in the event child is able to take decision, with which parent child wants to stay. Such observation is reached when judicial officer may speak with the child. In order to expedite the hearings, you may prefer a application for early hearing, and on the day of hearing, you may ask for visiting rights to start with, and ask court to direct father to produce child before the court. for any other queries, you may contact me though phone or email.
