Procedure against order by court in husband right of contacting child

I got divorce from my husband. I have one child and his custody under me. I took decision to keep my child under military school. What should I told my husband regarding him. I don't want him to call my child. He didn't took any responsibility of my child. As per petition, husband can call the child on every Friday . But I want to told him that to meet my child only in his holidays. So is it possible to say like this?
dear client, generally it is observed that the enthusiasm for meeting their children remains first 2/3 months later on due to duty problem, second marriage problem, meeting problem becomes very dilute, wait and watch please also clarify whether he is going to pay maintenance for child ,if he unable to pay maintenance then he has no right to meet.even Friday is working day for the child on that ground in future you can restrict.

It depends on the consent terms that are filed by you and your ex husband. There must be terms that are mutually decided by you both. However if he is not taking any of your son’s responsibilities, you can file for modification of consent terms and restrict your ex husband from calling your son.
