I'm Christian and my wife is hindu we have 4year daughter, our marriage is not registered due to this i dint receive any sumons for the maintenance I've received summons past 1year we are living seperate whenever I go to see my daughter father in-law and brother in-law are harrassing and my wife keeping police station support for women, blackmailing me that she will drink poision and give the same to daughter, i waiting for 1year even for her birthday they dint let me to see, I'm ready to give divorce but i need weekly visitation to see my daughter, still my daughter has not join school i will to takecare of her education kindly help me, wife and her in-law are having affair after knowing this all problems started, wife elder sister went to Dubai, now she is happy with him i don't want to get involved in, to see my daughter her father is asking every month 10k i request kindly help me to get visitation,i dono how long will it take to get visitation rights to see my daughter
sir you have to engage a lawyer appear in court and file application for visiting rights the court will definitely grand visiting rights and if you want to get custody of child you can apply for that also, nothing to fear if she files any complaint to police you can apply for anticipatory bail.
