Dissolution of partnership firm

I am a dealer of HPCL and running a petrol pump
Wef feb 1996 and entered into partnership with in my fanily by way of partnership AT WILL due some disturbance of one of the partner I want to dissolve the partnership kindly advise in what way i can dissolve the firm
You can move to court for the same , if any of the partner is not following the terms and conditions or going against the rules of the firm , you can go for declaration for declaring the partnership as null and void

1.if you are a registered dealer of HPcl . you first have to seek permission from oil company if granted then you can proceed if not granted it will cause supply blockad.
2. you have to give legal notice to other partner mentioning grounds for dissolution.
3. you have to settle accounts with partner
4. You can apply to Registar for dissolution of partnership mutally subject to approval from HPcl.
