Q: Insulting in front of other teachers of the college

A contractual teacher used derogatory remarks against me saying badtameez insan , shakal dekhi hai tune apni and tu mujhe janta nahi hai dekh lunga tujhe sale . I am a HOD Public Administration in a college . It has badly affected my reputation as a college teacher and a human being. What legal step can I take ?

you can simply make a complaint against him before College principal. principal can take suomoto cognizance. if he found him guilty he can then forward a complaint to concerned police. If all failed then you can approach court of law and file criminal complaint against contractual teacher for criminal intimidation, defamation etc as per prevailing criminal laws ..

Q: Quashing of FIR and Section 175 Application before Magistrate

Good Morning I am a landlord and have dispute with tenant who is not vacating the shop despite agreement ending . He filed an FIR but initially police refused. Then he went to Magistrate and filed application under Section 175 (3) Bnss who directed Police to do investigation. Police registered the FIR and presented the chargesheet . What are my remedies now ? Can I get the FIR quashed under Section 482 crpc or should I file revision against Magistrate order directing registration of FIR?

Though it is a civil dispute. The FIR can't get lodged unless crime is committed. As per section 175(3) of BNss empowers the magistrate to get contents of complaint thourghly investigated and submit compliance report. Yes you can approach High court to get FIR quashed this remedy you can avail. After get FIR quashed you have remedy and right to file for compensation against state for malicious prosecution..

Q: Dissolution of partnership firm

I am a dealer of HPCL and running a petrol pumpWef feb 1996 and entered into partnership with in my fanily by way of partnership AT WILL due some disturbance of one of the partner I want to dissolve the partnership kindly advise in what way i can dissolve the firm

1.if you are a registered dealer of HPcl . you first have to seek permission from oil company if granted then you can proceed if not granted it will cause supply blockad. 2. you have to give legal notice to other partner mentioning grounds for dissolution. 3. you have to settle accounts with partner 4. You can apply to Registar for dissolution of partnership mutally subject to approval from HPcl.
