Meri saas ke wajah se me mere mummy ke yaha 14 months se hu.usne restitution ka petition daala tha but last month 19 ko mere husband ne meri bachi ko lekar bhaag gaya..me police station bhi gae but they don't take any action against him. N now he is planning to send my daughter to native place with his mom.kya karu me
Sabse pehle to aap criminal procedure code ke kalam sattannve ke thehat custody mango bachhe ki. Lekin yyad rahe jitna adhikar aapka hai utna uska bhi hai bacchi pe. Baith ke hal nikalo aur ghar tutne se bachao. Bacchi ko dono ka pyar chahiye.
