19-Dec-2024 (In Child Custody Law)
Dear sir or Madam, I am respondent in a child Custody case and current stage of case is respondent chief affidavit. In my counter I have included few documents but along with my chief affidavit I want to include few more documents in support of case. Shall I include them in chief affidavit and file the new documents or do I need to first file additional documents petition and then need to file with chief. Please suggest.

Well, if you want to add more documents in support of your Written Statement, then, you can do that. However, make sure that, you do such things before Hearing for such case starts, as later on, Court may not allow you to file additional pleadings in support of your Chief Affidavit.
