will i get my mey of 3clac back from dat person legally i have done everything i jst need to complain a case legal notice period is been given will he get punishment and will i get my money back plzz let me knw will judge tel him tonpay me plzz help i have done lawyer and done case
If you are able to prove your case either under 138 NI Act (criminal proceeding or under order XXXVII CPC (Civil Proceeding). You will certainly get your money. Have faith in your lawyer/counsel. For punishment you have to approach the court of metropolitan magistrate invoking section 138 of NI Act.
