What to if a case is filed against me on the basics of security cheque

29-May-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
Bank has filed case against me under section 138 NI act by May 2018. I have surrendered the property to them October 2016. But they did not take any action on NPA till October 2017 and without going to auction they have used the cheque given as security (I haven't mentioned date and amount in that cheque). Is there any reference to the cheque bounce case to dissolve it on grounds of security cheque How to crack the case. Please advise me

No. The Cheque Bounce case has to be defended independently as it has been filed under the Negotiable Instruments Act. There are defenses you can take to prolong the matter and initiate action to close the NPA Account. Please feel free to get in touch with me for any further clarification.

The agreement of Home is important one. The person has not mentioned about the case in detail. The NPA have to be decided by the bank itself. The other details are hidden cam it could be assured by the person.
