What to do my husband got arrested for cheque bounce

hello sir.. my husband is being arrested for cheque bounce case and some forgery of bank papers...he has never done anythinh like this before..i am worried and tensed..pls tell me what is going to happen with him...the case will be presented before the megistrate by wednesday..please help by giving valuable reply.
at the first instance,please send a reply to the notice send by the complainant and thereafter defend the case in accordance with the defense set up and the also according to the documents. please feel free to contact for further clarification
