Dear Sir,

You did not mention in you query that, how did you return your legally enforceable amount against the cheque to the bearer of the cheque or complainant. I guess you have paid through your bank account only or maintained some proof of payment of cheque amount. If it is so, please take that evidence copy and file before the Court on the date when the case is posted for and ask the complainant to ask the Presiding Officer/Judge to withdraw the case, as the purpose got resolved.

Dear,

When you made the total payment to the complainant during the trial, inform the same to the court by furnishing the payment details. The court will record your statement and will inquire about it with the complainant. Thereafter, the complainant has to withdraw the case based on the payment received.
