What to do if a person does not pay even after a legal notice

I paid total installments of 5L chit. Company released cheque after severe follow up - that Cheque bounced, legal notice sent-no response. No assets on firm or MG partners. Advice way forward.

Once a legal notice issued to any person or for any reason that will be having a valid period of up to 15 Days even after completion of those days they din't turn up anything then you need to go for filing a suit on them in nearby courts there they will get punishment and your money will be back.
