What can be done if defaulter is not coming to court


29-Apr-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I got cheque which bounced 2015.i filled case of cheque bounce. I am leaving in asansol. Till date person didn't present in court make excuses. Warrant issues bt police will nt take any action. Police told he is not available. Please help me out

Sir, I would advise you to file a writ petition before the High Court viz police inaction, and then the police will definitely take steps once you go to High Court. ..Please call for more details.

You should make a prayer before the concern Court praying for issuing Warrent of Arrest against the accd. person through S.P or Commissioner of Police of the area where the accd. person use to reside.

If the accused is not coming to court after warrant being issued then make a petition to declare proclaimed offender and also request the Court to attach his properties,else there is no other way you can bring the accused person to court. Regards
