What are the possibilities of getting my money back in cheque case

A lady has taken 6 lakhs from me and given a check, of account which is inactive(Insufficient fund) and also given incorrect signature. If i go to court, do i win the situation.
You can go to court .only thing you need to prove there was a legal liability by the otherside. How the transaction between that lady had taken place . For what reason you have given the money for . And court will looking into your fincial status also

Yes, you have option to initiate criminal and civil proceedings against debtor. You must have evidence with regard to money transactions,.i.e, On demand promissory note, Receipt of mode of payment. Hi...yes u can file a 138 case against her. But before that you have to comply the laws which is proscribed in the act. For example , Legal notice, waiting period, registering complaint etc.
