Vendor filed a cheque bounce case even though person ready to repay

I am ready to pay the vendor but he filed case and not ready to talk, what can i do in this mater?
If vender is not ready to understand then wait for the court summons and then appear in the matter and through an advocate and inform judge that you want to settle the matter and are ready to pay the amount I am sure your matter will be settled

As per amendments made in Negotiable Instrument Act. Now you can go and deposit on the first day after receiving the summons and can deposit the entire amount in court and can withdraw the matter subject to he is ready for that amount.
