Unable to pay personal loan EMI bank threatening for false case

Sir, i lost my job last year and my personal family problems make the situation more worse.The result i became irregular in paying personal loan EMI.My total loan amount is 300000 along with interest it is 450000.I already paid 365,000.Now Bank is threatening me that they will file cheque bounce case on me which is non bailable offence.I would like to make settlement with the bank as my financial condition is very worse.Sir,is there any chance that i will get arrest by the police if i dont pay my rest of the loan?.Kindly advise me what need to be done?

You can settle this matter through court lok adalat process which will be easy and safe for you. If you prolong this matter then they may file cheque bounce case on you better deal the mayter early.
