Unable to pay back loan. Fake cheque bounce case filed. What to do?

I have taken a loan from finance company by some financial problem i am not able to give it .and the financial company formed an cheque bounce case against us and giving mental tourchur by argueing in loud voice calling again and again and our financial problems is not over yet so what we have to do. Respected sir/mam X.Y.Z
If the cheque bounce case has already been filed by the bank against you and despite they are calling you and asking for the repayment then you can lodge a complaint for harassment against them as per the Supreme Court judgment the bank can not call the borrowers for the repayment and can only have the right to recover it by taking the recourse if law. So file the complaint for harassment against the officials of the bank
