I have sent legal notice to the accused but i have done typography mistake in the notice as bank name is different to the cheque so accused had replied that i did not give any cheque like this bank.i have file complaint with cheque bank name so pls advice complainant how can prosecute ahead
it's cheque bounce matter so bank name is typographical mistake so you can give affidavit about typing mistake whenever you file criminal case and how to convince court it's depend on your lawyer ...any other enquiry please contact me...i help you...
