in normal course it takes 8 to 10 months. But it all depends on various factors which are beyond the scope of one side. It depends on the weather attendance of the P.O, adjournments taken by the other side e.t.c

Sir it depends upon different cases as every case is different we cannot say how much exact time will to end up the case but we can say that cheque bounce case is clear and if there is no problem it we'll end up in 8 months

The exact time taken by the court to clear a cheque bounce case cannot be predicted before hand as it depends on many factors such as pendency of previous cases in the magistrate's court, absence/leaves of the magistrate, delay in filing counter by the accused, case adjournment requests by the accused, delay in conducting cross examination of the complainant, delay in filing arguments etc etc.... However, usually a cheque bounce case takes around 9-12 months if everything goes well without any interruption in the court room proceedings.
