File a petition to execute the sentence and take steps to secure the accused (NBW execution) through police. Also, move for coercive steps like attachment of property if payment is not made. In short: Follow up NBW + file execution petition—don’t wait.

You have to file an Execution petition for executing NBW. You have to request the court to direct the concerned police station to execute immediately and also seek status report from police If he is deliberately avoiding then you have to file petition to declare him as a proclaimed offender. You can also file petition for attachment of property

After the appeal period was over, we needed to file a memo before the court since the warrant had not yet been executed by the concerned station. The magistrate then called for the concerned station's police constable, and the magistrate ordered the constable to execute the warrant on or before some days after that they execute the warrant immediately
