When appear the Court first time on summons as defendent to get bail how much money we have to deposit in the Court

Sir you should appear in court and take bail. You should produce two sureties, two persons with properties, and the tax receipts. You don't have to deposit any amount unless or until the court specifies the deposit. I handle cheque cases (s138) cases in local courts in trivandrum and kollam and high court. You can walk in any time during the afternoon. My office is at Vanchiyoor Junction
