After my experience with this lawyer, I have serious doubts regarding the authenticity of the positive reviews posted here. My own experience was nothing short of disastrous, and I feel a moral obligation to warn others.
From the bitter experiences received from him, I feel that this individual lacks the professional ethics and maturity required to handle legal matters. Throughout our engagement, I encountered an ego-driven approach that was not only dismissive of my suggestions but often bordered on the unprofessionalism. Most alarmingly, I believe there was a breach of lawyer-client privilege; I have reason to suspect my case strategy and position were shared with the opposing party, undermining my matter.

So i vacated my college hostel IIC lakshya on 5th june 2025 usually they refund between 2 weeks but they havent refunded mine after 3 weeks. When contacted after several calls and texts they gave assurance that the refund will be credited within 7days. Even after that the refund hasnt been processed. Guide me through the steps to initate refund and if any damages if possible

I'm have registered for an digital marketing course in an educational institute where I paid 10000 as advance and agreed to their terms this is non refundable. Now since I have got admission to another college for a better degree I'm canceling my application there and going the college and I want the 10000 back. Single parents can adopt a child. Male parent can adopt only boys but women can adopt both boys and girls. You must be at least 25 years old and there should be at least 25 years age difference between the parent and the child.
